The braai room is fully equipped with Weber braais, tongs, cutlery, crockery and glasses to be used on wooden picnic tables outside. We offer free use of our beach chairs and towels to our guests.

Amazing stay and very kind.
I always feel welcomed and safe. I brought friends along and I have to make a special mention of Jonas, who was absolutely amazing over the weekend. A huge thank you. Also, the lady who handled our booking was amazing.

We had a great stay at On the Beach. The guest house is on the sea and it is a very nice and quiet beach. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms very clean.
Beautifully furnished guest house with a very nice view. Service from ladies was very unprofessional especially during arrival and stay. This is not what we expected for a 4 star guest house. However, Tshepo was very friendly and helpful. Shame only fake/cheap coffee was for use in the Nespresso machine - unpalatable if used to Nespresso coffee. The accommodation was very expensive and it seems that the guest house is trying to save money instead. Also sorry that no generator is available for a 4-star guest house in times of load shedding.

On the Beach is picturesque! Warm reception when we arrived and we were shown around and they told us how everything worked! Our room was perfect! Beautiful decor and modern and fantastic, heavenly sea view! The honesty bar was very quaint! Perfect location. Divine breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone! Great value for money! On the Beach blew our minds, hope to be able to visit soon!

We stayed in Executive 9 and would love to go back there. Luxury at the ocean and the self help bar like no other.
Wonderful guest house. Was lucky to get a small fridge in the room thanks to Bronwyn's help. Delicious breakfast. But no hand soap in bathroom. Shower under floor could be cleaner.
Except for the toilet that didn't work well, it was very nice to stay there. The service was amazing and friendly.

The whole place is cramped. The bathroom is completely under water when you have finished taking a shower. The sink is completely impractical. The stairs to the upper floor are very narrow and it is very difficult to move in with suitcases... also dangerously steep.
We really enjoyed being able to holiday in this neat place and the staff kept everything in order promptly without intruding on our doings. Location, condition and service unbeatable.
From reception, our upgraded room, it was very good, excellent in fact. The facilities and location are excellent. Unfortunately, our breakfast was unsatisfactory. We ordered poached eggs and were informed after 15 min that there was a problem with eggs. After another 15 min and still no eggs (only 1 other table of 2 people at breakfast) we unfortunately had to leave without breakfast to be on time for our flight. We waited 30 min without being served eggs.
On the beach accommodated us very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, the views to the beach were breathtaking. It is literally on the beach which made it convenient for us with young children. They are well equipped for private braais for guests, which was a huge help for us.
It was safe, tastefully furnished and the staff were well trained and friendly. The room was clean and had a great sea view. Would definitely recommend it.
